A patient must have had their first two visits in the office, with the most recent visit being within 12 months. Patients must have updated registration and consent forms on file, as well as up to date labs. Patients must have a stable blood pressure history.

3. What if I haven’t been into the office in the last year?

Patients who have not been seen in the last 12 months should schedule a follow up visit in the office. Should the patient meet the requirements after being seen in office, a telehealth appointment can be scheduled for the next follow up visit.

4. Can I get Phentermine delivered directly to my home?

Yes, we utilize a mail order pharmacy that will deliver directly to your home. The cost of this visit is $110, and includes a 30 day supply of the medication delivered via UPS in 2-3 business days.

5. Can I pick up my telehealth Phentermine prescription from my pharmacist?

Yes, we can send the prescription to a local pharmacy of your choice. You will be responsible for the cost of the Phentermine when picking up at the pharmacy. If your insurance does not cover Phentermine, talk to the telehealth provider about coupons and discounts that can be found online. The cost of this visit is $90 plus the cost of the Phentermine at the pharmacy.

6. Can I get a 90-day Phentermine prescription through telehealth?

No, with each telehealth visit, patients will receive a 30 day prescription for Phentermine. We are still offering a 90 day supply for patients who qualify and are seen in the office.

As part of your call, we will help you with strategies for eliminating unhealthy foods, focusing on nutrient-dense whole foods, and incorporating regular exercise into your daily routine. We will help you build and maintain a diet centered on healthy protein, whole grains, vegetables and fruit. We will also work closely with you to maintain a plan for 30 minutes of moderate physical activity at least five days a week.

All Medical Weight Loss appointments include a Vitamin B12 booster shot, and for good reason.
